SKIN

XFLAM Performance Panel Skins include a comprehensive range from galvanized or galvalume coated steel to next generation Colorbond® steel with activate™ technology all on a base metal thickness (BMT) 0.4mm to 0.7mm and a superior performance paint system as required by the application. Other options are available such as stainless steel and aluminium.

ADHESIVE

XFLAM Performance Panel is laminated using a 2 part thermosetting adhesive system.

DIMENSIONS

Standard widths of 1000mm and 1200mm. Other widths are available on request subject to minimum order quantity.

THICKNESS (mm)

38, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 300.

Varied thickness’ are also available, subject to project requirements and lead times.

LENGTH

As required, determined by handling, design and transportation considerations. From 1.5m – 25m

STANDARD COLOUR

The standard colour for XFLAM panel is off-white… whilst the complete range is endless with Colorbond®, colour matching and Printech options available. Please see our colour charts in the downloads section.

PAINT SYSTEM

The standard finish for XFLAM Panel is a superior oven-cured polyester of 25 microns minimum thickness.

For harsh environments XFLAM Panel can be supplied with higher quality substrates and / or a PVDF coating.
